What is your delivery charge?
Our delivery charge is a flat fee of £4.95 plus VAT for any order quantity (mainland UK only).
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE, DUE TO HUGE DEMAND WE NOW DELIVER TO NORTHERN, SOUTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF WIGHT! These locations do however incur an additional surcharge. You simply select the surcharge at checkout under "DELIVERY INFORMATION > * Delivery Method", based upon your Delivery address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch on the day of order (Monday to Friday) if received before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend, on bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery is within 48 business hours. Please note: A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by Parcel Force and other courier services we may use. Someone must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
How do I return a faulty/damaged item?
We want you to be totally happy with your item(s) from Salon Focus Ltd/www.salonfocus.com. It's very rare items are returned to us, however if you have a faulty/damaged item or unwanted/incorrectly ordered item(s) then please read our returns/refund policy below.
To return an item you need to obtain authorisation from us. Please email us using our contact form with an email subject of "RETURNS", your order number, the item(s) you want to return and your reason in the comment section. We will then send you instructions via email once we have received your request.
1. Faulty/damaged item returns must be reported within 48 hours. A full payment refund or exchange will be offered for faulty/damaged items.
2. Unwanted/Incorrectly ordered item returns Unwanted/incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted if the item(s) are returned in an unused resalable condition in the original unopened packaging, otherwise we won't be able to refund you.
Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting for any items that are returned to us from your courier/Post Office. Items do get lost in the post. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and if everything is OK we'll refund you in full within 5 working days.
